Level 1 represents the crucial foundation of the Medical Career Pathway, introducing young students to healthcare careers through age-appropriate, engaging experiences. This level focuses on sparking interest, reducing medical anxiety, and building foundational health literacy that will serve students throughout their educational journey.

Programs at this level are designed to be fun, interactive, and educational, using hands-on activities, tours, and age-appropriate curriculum to help children understand the diverse career opportunities in healthcare while developing an early appreciation for health and wellness.
